You can make changes to your order BEFORE PAYMENT, turn to "Contact Us". Or just cancel this order to make a new one. Once your order is successfully made, we will update the tracking number.

How many days will it take to receive my item?
The delivery time depends on the specifications of the products. On average we will ship you order in 6-8 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), .
How do I return an item?
You may apply for return within 7 days of delivery.
Lezonclub guarantees to refund any item purchased on our website with which you are not completely satisfied, providing you return it to us by post in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt.
You are responsible for return SHIPPING FEES. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition as it was received. Products must be returned in the original box or packaging. We are not able to offer an exchange for items purchased. If you would like a different size or color of an item, then you'll need to place a new order.
It may take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your return to be delivered back to us, depending on your location and which postal service you use. Once we receive your return parcel, it will be processed within 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays.) We will email you to confirm the refund. The funds will be returned via your original payment method. It typically takes 5-10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) depending on your bank/card issuer.
How to return
Step 1: Contact Us at [email protected] → providing your name, order number, product and reason for return.
Step 2: We will verify your request and offer return address within 1-3 days.
Step 3: Pack the items you need to return in a securely sealed shipping package with your order number and reason for return attached on a separate piece of paper inside the parcel. Otherwise the refund may be delayed.
Step 4:Contact local courier and let us know the tracking number via "Contact Us". (Currently we do not offer pick up service)

2.You are strongly suggested to return by local Post. Using other courier service, like Aramex, FedEx, DHL, may lead to a large amount of tax, and the package may be rejected.
3.The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Leggings, Beauty.
4.We do not accept packages returned using COD service and you are responsible for your SHIPPING FEE.
